Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Gistexpress Tree Service works and how it gets paid. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Gistexpress Tree Service Does

Gistexpress Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not perform tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, trimming or any other tree service.

When you call the number on this site or submit a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Payment Works

Providers or marketing partners may pay Gistexpress Tree Service for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on factors such as call length or whether the call is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand Apart From Us

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Gistexpress Tree Service. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, pricing and terms
• The quality, safety and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check insurance, request a written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls placed through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
