Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Gistexpress Tree Service wants gistexpress.quest to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with solid color contrast
- Allow full use of the site by keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Need Help Another Way?
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@gistexpress.quest and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site. Email contact@gistexpress.quest and tell us:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
Reach a local provider
Tell us about the tree, the access and the timing you need. We route your request to a local provider who can review the job and quote it in writing.
