Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before using gistexpress.quest. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Gistexpress Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Provider does the work. Any job on your property is performed by an independent provider, never by Gistexpress Tree Service.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

General Information

The content on this site is general in nature. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and property differs, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your situation.

Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

Insurance

What this site says about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your own coverage.

Safety

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and weakened structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep clear of downed lines and contact your utility company. If life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Gistexpress Tree Service when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this information correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or error-proof.
