Every homeowner who reaches out to Gistexpress Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Gistexpress Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@gistexpress.quest and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
